The Cottars, a youthful quartet of traditional musicians, is comprised of two brother-and-sister duos from the island of Cape Breton in Nova Scotia, Canada. Descended from Gaelic-speaking Celts, these youngsters play, sing and dance with an exuberance and sophistication that would make their bardic ancestors proud. Seen on television documentaries and specials - on PBS in the US, and on CBC and CTV in Canada - The Cottars have also thrilled thousands of concertgoers on both sides of the border. |
