Singing Star Dana is today established as one of Ireland's most successful entertainers, having enjoyed outstanding acclaim through best selling single records and albums, top rating television appearances and major headlining concerts at home and abroad. Today, here in the USA, Dana has her own music/talk show "Say Yes" on EWTN Cable Network. Her new series "We are One Body" will air in 1998. The former Eurovision song contest winner, sang for the Pope in 1987 in New Orleans at the SuperDome. The song was "Totus Tuus" (Totally Yours) which she composed and produced. Dana, again, sang for the Pope in 1993 in Denver Colorado. Her song "We are one Body" was chosen to be the World Youth Day '93 Theme song. Dana, then was asked to sing for the Pope in 1995 at Central Park, New York. The requested song was World Youth Day '93 theme song "We are one Body". |
