Frank Kelly

Although he qualified as a barrister, law is probably the only aspect of showbusiness that Frank Kelly has not yet tried. Originally a straight actor, his years with Edwards/MacLiammoir at Dublin's famed Gaeity Theatre seemed to lead to more and more comedy. The success of his own radio show led to a book, "The Annals of Ballykilferret", which topped the Irish bestsellers list, and to a satirical television show which is credited with having brought down an Irish Government. To date Frank has had three hit singles and three successful albums in Ireland. He continues to write, sing, act to avoid getting a day job.
