Shipping and billing information must be accurate. In these times of increased security, orders will be delayed if billing information cannot be verified, or if shipping information is not accurate.
Orders for delivery within the United States will be shipped via Priority Mail. All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, in the order in which they are received (unless expedited service is requested - see below). Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery from the time the order is placed, particularly during holiday rush periods. You will be e-mailed when the order is shipped.
Due to further increases in postal rates we are forced to announce that the following charges now apply for each "ship to" address:
One Item: $4.00 (U.S.)
Two to Three Items: $5.00 (U.S.)
Four or More Items: $5.50 (U.S.)
For First Class International mail outside the U.S., the following charges will be added
per complete order for each "ship to" address:
One Item to Canada: $5.00 (U.S.)
Two or More Items to Canada: $8.00 (U.S.)
One Item outside the U.S. and Canada: $8.00 (U.S.)
Two or More Items outside the U.S. and Canada: $10.00 (U.S.)
You will be e-mailed with the date of shipment. Targeted delivery for First Class International mail is approximately one week from shipping date. All packages are required to clear Customs, and duty may be assessed by the destination country. Shipping charges will vary, and shipping time may be slightly longer. If you need an order in a hurry, UPS Next Day Air is available for deliveries within the U.S., provided the order is received by 3:00 PM (Eastern Time). Shipping charges for UPS Next Day Air are taken from UPS charts and a $5.00 Expedited Service Fee is added (this fee is included in the total shown on the order form). Next Day Air orders received on a Friday will be delivered on Monday (or the next business day, in the case of a holiday), unless Saturday Delivery is specified in the "Comments" field on the order. The UPS surcharge of $10 for Saturday delivery will be added to the order, which will be in addition to the total shipping shown on the order.

No Returns Accepted. All sales are final.
In the event a cassette, CD, or video is defective, we will be happy to exchange
it for an Exact Duplicate Only. However, you must notify us
immediately and return the defective item to us within seven days after you receive it. Bracelets may be exchanged for a different size. Return shipping will be charged.

If any item(s) is(are) not in stock when your order is shipped, it will
be shipped via regular mail when received from the manufacturer at no additional shipping charge to
you. Your credit card is not charged for out-of-stock merchandise until it is shipped to you.
Occasionally we are able to offer recordings for pre-ordering before their actual street dates. These orders will be shipped on or about their street date. Orders combining in-stock items with pre-order items will not be shipped until all stock is available. Estimated ship date will always be posted on selections that are made available for pre-ordering. For immediate shipment of in-stock items, the pre-order item should be placed on a separate order.
