This unique Irish rosary was handmade and is a custom piece, dedicated to St. Patrick, Bishop and Apostle of Ireland. Born in 389 to Roman/British parents, he was taken captive at 16yrs. and enslaved in Ireland. After 6 years, he effected a miraculous escape and returned home. God called him to return to Christianize Ireland which was a pagan nation. He later became Bishop and started the Church of Ireland, establishing monasteries for men and women. 8mm beads from Brazil are luminous and used throughout, accented by Sterling Silver bead caps and 5mm Sterling Silver rounds. The rosary center depicts St. Patrick in Ireland and contains a third class relic of St. Patrick. A large embellished Celtic cross measuring nearly 2in. completes this 26in. rosary.
